Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland and holds a Degree in Accounting from Technological University Dublin.

Rory McGuigan
Rory is an investment professional with over 10 years’ experience working in real estate including lending, acquisitions, disposals, asset management, valuations, capital markets and restructuring. Previous experience includes Cushman & Wakefield Ireland and Canada, Tifco Hotel Group and Capita Asset Services.
Rory holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northumbria University.

Brian Scally
Brian is an investment professional with over 20 years’ experience across real estate debt and equity strategies. Prior to joining Elgin Property Finance, Brian held senior portfolio management roles at PGIM Real Estate, Europa Capital and Man Global Private Markets.
Brian is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter Holder. Brian also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
